Maggiano’s Little Italy opened the doors of its first location on the corners of Clark Street and Grand Avenue in Chicago, Illinois November 11, 1991. What happened next, as they say, is history. The restaurant was successful from the very beginning, with eager diners sometimes waiting hours for an opportunity to dine family-style. The portions of Italian–American cuisine were large, reminiscent of a Sunday night visit to their grandmother’s house, or as they say in Italy, nonna’s casa! The recipes were simple, authentic classics, many of them coaxed out of Italian grandmothers, mothers, and aunts whose ideas of a recipe were a pinch of this and a sprinkle of that. With some trial and error, the chefs celebrated the birth of many of Maggiano’s signature dishes.
A high-energy concept by famed restaurateur Nick Varano. STRIP fuses together the look and feel of a sophisticated, uber-modern steakhouse with that of a sleek, high-end lounge.
Featuring authentic, ingredient-driven Provencal cuisine, Bistro du Midi is located at The Heritage On The Garden, with breathtaking views of the Boston Public Garden.
Doretta, a derivative of the Greek word “Doro” (meaning “gift”) is Boston’s first stylish Greek Taverna. Located at 79 Park Plaza at The Heritage On the Garden, Doretta embodies the simple, approachable, and bold flavors that make Greek cuisine so popular. Chef Michael Schlow pays homage to his wife Adrienne’s family's recipes, with an empashis on fresh, locally sourced, seasonal cooking; the menu features delicious and deceptively simple Greek dishes where guests will find everything from fresh whole fish, tender grilled octopus, traditional village salad, to slow roasted lamb shoulder. The restaurant features an incredible international wine list, craft cocktails and extensive beer selection.
The Bristol’s culinary team uses local, seasonal ingredients to create the best in upscale comfort food at this Boston restaurant.
