Aquitaine Bistro in Dedham, located in the new Legacy Place shopping plaza, builds on the success of Aquitaine Boston and Aquitaine Chestnut Hill. From the sidewalk the golden glow is inviting to even the weariest of travelers and the moment you walk in the door you will feel transported to a modern Parisian bistro (where everyone magically speaks English). The servers move diligently like bees in their embroidered vests and perfectly ironed shirts and ties. The small bar bustles with laughter and anecdotes from friends and nostalgic neighbors. It’s shoulder to shoulder on a busy night but this just seems to make everyone that much more familiar with each other. When you step into the dining room the worker bees are at full attention taking orders, filling glasses, clearing tables & resetting linens. It’s a beautiful and silent piece of choreography. The spirits are vivacious and perfectly mixed. The wines are all hand picked from the expected French and California houses to smaller boutiques you’ll fall in love with. The dishes though traditional in nature are constantly being elevated to new levels using local farms contemporary techniques. Our kitchen seems to have its hand on the pulse of new and fresh ideas so fear not our vegetarian and gluten-free friends, this is a friendly place.
This long hidden gem located just a mile from legacy place, offers unbelievable Italian and American fares. The newly renovated bar offers 12 beers on draught , 3 HD televisions and some of the best in boxing memorabilia.
The Corrib Pub is a family and when you are at The Corrib Pub, you are part of the family. We take pride in our friendly service, delicious meals and wide variety of draft beers. In 1969 Hughie Bligh, a native of Roscommon, bought McMahon’s Bar on Market Street in Brighton and renamed it Corrib Pub after a lake in County Galway. Now 46 years later and several renovations the Corrib Pub is an Irish – American tradition. Enjoy a taste of Ireland in the heart of Boston. Come see why we have become a local favorite to locals and visitors. Come see us again for the first time.
Chiara's Chef’s Room (pictured left) features a private dining room which can be reserved for parties of six to ten persons. It will be Chef LaCount's pleasure to arrange a five to seven course meal with wine pairings for you and your guests. After discussing food preferences and any dietary concerns, the chef will assemble a final menu for you that will pair each course with complimenting wines. Whether celebrating a special occasion, or simply gathering with friends or associates, the intent is that you and your guests experience an evening of gourmet cuisine and wonderful wines, with personalized menus to take with you as a momento.
