Trillium Brewing Company was established on the values of family, passion, and dedication. Celebratory ales were first crafted to commemorate the marriage of founders JC and Esther Tetreault. This initial concept evolved into a lifestyle and dream to share, not only beer, but experiences with one another and their community. Trillium opened in March 2013 with the support of family, volunteers, two babies, and three employees. This small brewery has since developed into an exciting venue of collaboration and innovation. Trillium is a New England farmhouse style brewery, deeply rooted in the dynamic landscapes, abundant natural resources, and resilient population of the region. From our wild ales, fermented with our native New England mixed microbe culture, to our more hop-forward offerings, we aim to produce beer that is both approachable and engaging.
Menton, Chef Barbara Lynch’s Fort Point fine dining restaurant, is the final concept to complete her Fort Point trifecta and joins neighbors Sportello and Drink. Located in FP3, the AIA award-winning luxury condominium complex, Menton radiates an understated elegance and offers several beautiful spaces to dine including the 60-seat dining room, a 12-seat Chef’s Table, and the 45-seat private dining room. The restaurant, a glamorous expression of fine dining, was designed by Cheryl and Jeffrey Katz of C&J Katz and features a subtle palette of grays with touches of silver and black. The cuisine of Menton displays the talent for precision and visual artistry across two exciting tasting menu options: From Elements & Into Evolution. Guests will relax and enjoy a carefully choreographed culinary experience under the direction of Chef Scott Jones and General Manager Michelle Pane. Since opening in 2010, the restaurant has received numerous accolades, including a 4 star review from The Boston Globe, being named one of both Bon Appétit and Esquire magazine’s best new restaurants in 2010, and being nominated as a James Beard Foundation Awards 2011 finalist for Best New Restaurant. Menton received the Best Newcomer, Best French, and Best Service distinctions in the Zagat Boston Restaurant Guide 2011-2012, is a 2012 AAA Five-Diamond Award recipient, and a Forbes Travel Guide 2012 Five-Star Award Winner. The kitchen's sophisticated, flavor-forward approach is evident in their two tasting menus, both of which are available a la carte, as well as a bar menu available at the Gold Bar. A bar entirely dedicated to the craft of the cocktail, Drink blends time-honored techniques and the classic cocktails of the prohibition era with modern innovation and the very best artisanal ingredients. Drink also offers a thoughtful collection of white, red, and sparkling wines, small grower champagnes, and a seasonal selection of beer.
Located in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood, Sportello (Italian for counter service) offers a menu of Chef Barbara Lynch's trattoria-inspired Italian dishes for both lunch and dinner. Grab a seat at the counter and enjoy a bowl of handmade pasta and a glass of wine from wine director Cat Silirie's approachable, artisanal wine list.
Located in Boston’s historic Fort Point neighborhood, Pastoral is an innovative dining destination featuring rustic yet refined food, creative cocktails, 20 beers and wines on tap, communal dining, an active bar, and local delivery seven days a week. Owned by Chef Todd Winer and industry veteran George Lewis, Pastoral offers an entertaining and interactive dining scene for guests to enjoy delicious quality food and service. Todd is a certified by the VPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) as an official Pizzaiolo. The open kitchen at Pastoral highlights the authentic Neapolitan pizza oven which produces sizzling hot wood fired pizzas in under ninety seconds such as Clams Vongole, Spinach & Fontina and Classic Margherita that is topped with house-made mozzarella. Many of the entrees and vegetable dishes are finished off in the 900 degree wood-fired oven imported from Naples, Italy weighing 6,000 pounds, and made from stone and sand from Mt. Vesuvius. Pastoral is open daily at 11:30 a.m. for lunch, Sunday brunch, dinner, late night pizza until 1:30 a.m. with the bar closing at 2:00 a.m. nightly. The restaurant also features a carry out section from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. We offer validated parking at the adjacent Farnsworth Street garage across from our front door for $6.00 for up to four hours after 5:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and for any four hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
