After several meetings of the minds (over beers of course), Harpoon and Pastoral came up with an idea to do a beer collaboration. Chef Todd, Sous Jeff, and Bev Director Tim spent an early morning with Brewer Ken Hermann over at the Harpoon Brewery and now the fruits of their labor are ready to be enjoyed! We’ll be tapping the first keg at Pastoral from 6-8:30 PM!

This beer style draws its inspiration from the old country and new, paying homage to Italian history. We used local hops grown in Chef Todd’s own backyard and malt roasted in Pastorals wood-fired pizza oven! Come thirsty, and hungry, and let’s celebrate!
