Many of you may have already seen fiery lead guitarist George McCann tear it up at the Narragansett Café as a member of the James Montgomery Band. George has performed with many diverse artists, from Blues legends James Cotton, The Blues Brothers, and Kim Wilson, to Rock Icons Steven Tyler and Billy Squier.
George brings top-notch players Don “DC” Culp on drums (Beaver Brown Band,100 Watt Suns), Russell Keyes on bass (Roy Buchanan Band), Bill Light on guitar (100 Watt Suns), and many others joining George and the all star band to make this show extra special. So don't miss it!
George will be playing selections from his well-received CD release “Shades of Blues” as well as classics from B.B. King to Jimi Hendrix. A.J. Wachtel of The Noise describes George’s album as “Killer…packed with McCann’s intense creativity jumping out of the speakers”.
