The Kohaug Allstars- please welcome these great musicians and fun guys BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!
The Kohaug Allstars are one of Rhode Islands up and coming bands playing Blues, Roots, Rock, Country and Americana. The band has been exciting audiences for the past three years. The band was founded by singer songwriter Jim Devore and Brian Rodriques to bring the region a fresh take on the great American songbook.
Jim Devore - Guitar/Vocals
Jim has played all over the USA touring with many bands Including Portland Oregon’s “Shade,” as well as “Doc Severinsen,” and Rockabilly Hall of Famer “ Jerry Merritt.” He also can be heard on many artists’ recordings over the past thirty years.
Brian “BD” Rodriques - Drums/Vocals
BD brings his unique vocal styling’s and tasteful drumming to the band. He’s the transmission that really makes the band cook. Brian used to play in Big Cat Blues as lead singer/ washboard player, entertaining the audiences for the past several years. Brian has incredible musical sensitivities that engage the listener.
Jason Borden - Bass/vocals
Jason’s playing is diverse and grooving, honed in from his days playing in Big Cat Blues, Mr. Chubb and filling in with many of the areas finest blues bands.
Blues from the East coast to the West, Roots to Rock and some Country to boot!
