Join us at the brewery for a Fights & Flights self-defense class with Level Ground Mixed Martial Arts! Level Ground is a Dorchester-based nonprofit that empowers urban youth through athletics, employment, and college opportunities. During this event, participants will learn how to manage and counter a variety of common attack scenarios in a fun and safe setting. Scenarios include how to escape from wrist grabs and chokes, how to defend and counter basic punches, and how to manage an attack on the ground. Tickets are $35 and include:
- An hour long self-defense class
- A token for one Harpoon or UFO flight
- Shared pretzels with assorted dipping sauces
