Private Event Info
- Deposit: $150.00 and is applied to the final bill.
- Room Fee: If the spending minimum is not reached, a room rental fee will be added to the final bill to meet that spending minimum.
- Minimum: The minimum varies based on day, time and size of the party and is exclusive of tax and gratuity. Entire Upstairs: between $2,000-$4,500 Great Room: between $1,500-$2,500 3 Room-Suite: between $1,000-$2,000 Private Rooms:$1,000 (TJ Hill, Hillsgrove)
- Gratuity/Tax: 8% RI Sales Tax and 21% Service Charge.
- Final Payment: Cash or Credit Card Only
- Menu Selections: From Brunches, to Full Breakfast and Cocktail Parties to Plated Luncheons, Dinners and Buffets are available. Please contact an IWT Event Specialist for more details.
- Decorations: All decorations must be approved by the IWT
- Linens: Standard linen is a champagne color with a navy blue napkin. Linen color can be changed for a fee.
- Audio/Visual: Upstairs at the Tavern has 2 synchronized TV's in the Great Room, Google Cast in Hillsgrove and we offer a screen for a $25 AV Fee
- Bring Food: No food or beverage may be brought into the IWT with the exception of celebration cakes or desserts. A fee will apply.
- Rent Entire Venue: Between $2,000- $4,500. This is based on the day, time and size of the party.
