Bistro 9, on the East Greenwich Golf Course, is a great location to hold private events. We offer full service catering and a variety of menus for any event. We are well-equipped to hold golf outings, tournaments, fundraisers, business luncheons, pharmaceutical dinners, charity events, weddings, wedding rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduation parties, family reunions, bereavements and anniversary dinners.
Our Chef will customize event menus to best suit your taste, cause for celebration, and price point.
Our various dining spaces can hold events starting at twenty guests, to upwards of seventy-five.

Private Event Info
- Deposit: We are more than happy to hold a date for 3 business days from inquiry without a deposit. After the 3 days we require a $300 non-refundable deposit that will be deducted from your bill the day of the event.
- Room Fee: There is a $100 Room Fee charged to all private functions, this fee is charged to your bill the day of the event.
- Gratuity/Tax: All menu prices subject to 20% service charge and RI State sales tax.
- Menu Selections: Buffet and Plated options available, refer to attachments for our 2016 event menus.
- Decorations: Bistro 9 can supply event decor, please inquire with event coordinator.
- Linens: Champagne table linens and chocolate napkins are supplied. Colored linens and napkins can be accommodated at an additional cost.
- Attachments: 2016 Private Event Menus, Hors D'Oeuvres & Appetizer Platters
