Tom’s BaoBao in the heart of Providence is the second US location of the famed Chinese fast-casual bao concept, GanQiShi (founded in 2009), where Tong and his team currently serve nearly 250,000 bao a day at their more than 200 eateries throughout China. Tom’s BaoBao prides itself in preparing each and every bao by hand, in front of customers and serving them fresh out of the bamboo steamers.
