Private Event Info

  • Deposit: Minimum of $200 deposit to secure your date is due at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable, yet it is transferrable and will be reflected on the final bill.
  • Room Fee: This is based on the number of people: *Up to 50 people: $200 *Up to 75 people: $250 *up to 100 people: $300 *Up to 125 people: $350 *Up to 150 people: $400
  • Minimum: *A minimum of 30 people or Food Revenue of $1500 is required for use of the Banquet Room Sunday-Thursday. *A minimum of 75 people or Food Revenue of $2500 is required on Friday & Saturday nights. (Minimums are subject to change)
  • Final Payment: May be made prior to the event. However, if any additional costs are incurred during the event they MUST be paid for immediately following the event. Payments may be made with cash, credit card, money order or an official bank check. Payments with cash receive a 3% discount.
  • Menu Selections: Must be made 14 days prior to event. Final guest counts are due 7 business days prior to event date.
  • Decorations: Any and all decorations are subject to management approval. Confetti, rice and bubbles are prohibited. A clean up fee of $250.00 will be applied if utilized
  • Linens: The fee for table linens is included in the room rental fee. Linen colors should be discussed with banquet manager.
  • Audio/Visual: Wireless microphone, HD projector ceiling mount, surround sound speaker system is available for use. 11 ft screen for projection is available.
  • Bring Food: $1.00 per person plate fee for bringing your own cake. No other outside food is allowed.
  • Rent Entire Venue: You may rent the entire building on any Monday. (possibly other day of the week depending on time of year, type of event and number of guests) please don't hesitate to inquire
