Private Event Info

  • Deposit: We do require an initial deposit of $10 per person which is then placed onto a gift card. The deposit is refundable on a gift card up to a week before the event.
  • Room Fee: NO room fee!
  • Gratuity/Tax: We charge 8% state sales tax. 20% gratuity is suggested but not required.
  • Final Payment: Credit card, cash or check (with proper identification).
  • Menu Selections: Personalized buffet menu's available from our Executive Chef, Jeremy Ewing-Chow. A limited menu is also available with options from our house menu.
  • Decorations: We offer a discounted pricing from Sprig's Nursery across the street from our East Greenwich location and Silver Spoon Bakery on Main street.
  • Linens: White table linens & white linen napkins are included. Colored linens are available at an additional cost.
  • Audio/Visual: We have a microphone jack available for guest speakers. We do not have the ability to accommodate a DJ or electric bands. Acoustic bands are acceptable.
  • Bring Food: Cakes are the only exception. There is a $1.50 per plate cutting charge.
  • Rent Entire Venue: Weekdays only. Unavailable Friday and Saturdays.
