The Tavern On Broadway is located in the heart of Newport's Historic District in a completely renovated 200 year old colonial building. The owners: Jill Blumel, Jim Blumel, and Tim Sousa, live in the neighborhood and can be found working in the restaurant and interacting with customers. Come by and say hello anytime!
Authentic Irish pub is located at 1 Broadway, just off Newport’s historic Washington Square. It’s named for the Fastnet Lighthouse off the coast of Cork, Ireland. Fastnet is a place visited by locals and tourists alike. During the summer the windows are out and you can sit at a table outside with your dog and enjoy a beer.
