Private Event Info

• Deposit: For parties booked more than 2 months in advance a deposit of $300 is required. Parties booked less than 2 months in advance only require a $100 deposit. All deposits will be applied 100% to your bill on day of event. *Deposits are non-refundable.
• Room Fee: Martini Room has a required fee of $125.
• Minimum: Daytime events are available in our main dining room with a minimum of 30 people and a maximum of 125. Our Wine Room has a minimum of 20 guest and a maximum of 30 guest. Our Martini Room has a minimum of 30 guest with a maximum of 50 guest.
• Gratuity/Tax: Our prices do not include tax or gratuity, however it can be added into your bill the day of the event per your request.
• Final Payment: Final payment is due day of event.
• Menu Selections: Breakfast Buffet (minimum of 35 guest) Brunch Buffet (minimum of 35 guest) Dinner/Lunch Buffet (minimum of 30 adults) Grand Buffet (minimum of 30 adults) Appetizer Buffet (minimum of 30 adults) Sit down dinner menu includes entree, salad, soft drinks, coffee and Pizza Melba dessert. Non-pasta dishes are served with mashed potato and vegetable of the day. Please inquire about our additional menu options such as desserts, appetizers and bar services. Bar Services include various options including: All you can drink Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and Sangria- $12.00 per person. Drink tickets are also an option and there is no additional charge for a bartender during your private event.
• Decorations: Meritage is completely decorated for the holiday season. Although we do not offer specialized event decor you may bring in decorations of your choice and set them prior to your event.
• Linens: We offer many options of colored linen with no extra charge.
• Rent Entire Venue: Our entire venue is available for daytime events only. A minimum of 30 guest is required with a maximum accommodation of 125.
