Chair 5’s rooftop lounge at The Break is open to the public serving bar bites and drinks. It also offers 2 cozy, semi-private TV alcoves with comfy sectional couches with room for six. Rent one of these areas and bring your friends to watch the game or simply hang. With our "Game Time Package" you can enjoy a private space for you, your five favorite buds, and your team — complete with 50 wings and a round of beers all for just $150. With our "Girl Time Package" you can fire up your Netflix account on the AppleTV and watch your favorite show together while you sip mini splits of Prosecco and munch on a selection of Chef Basil's famous snacks. - Outdoor Area: We have an outside dining area near the pool as well as our Rooftop Deck on the 4th floor.
- Outdoor Seating: We have outdoor seating in our pool area. We also have an outside deck on our 4th floor.
- Parking: We have street parking for our guests as well as parking at the Narragansett Grill next door.
- TVs: We have a flat screen TV at the downstairs bar as well as 5 TV's on the rooftop lounge.
- Water View: We have a beautiful water view from Point Judith lighthouse to the Newport Pell Bridge.
- Valet Parking: We offer Valet Parking for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
