Chef Peter Davis has created a comfortable and award-winning restaurant at Henrietta's Table, which honors the culinary bounty of New England. Chef Davis uses organic and native ingredients from local producers in and beyond Massachusetts to create an original and simple approach to classic regional cuisine. Davis’ keen awareness of the integrity of food in its natural state, eye for color and instinct for balance of tastes has earned him both local and national critical acclaim. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and supper seven days a week, along with an award-winning weekend brunch. During the spring and summer, guests can enjoy dining on the Henrietta’s large outdoor patio.
Gyu-Kaku, meaning "Horn of the Bull" in Japanese provides the authentic Japanese Yakiniku (barbeque) dining experience where customers share premium cooked meats over a flaming charcoal grill while sipping on Japanese Sake, Shochu and frosty cold beers. Gyu-Kaku offers a wide range of meats including the bestseller Harami Skirt Steak in Miso marinade, Certified Angus Kalbi Short Rib in Tare Soy marinade. Other popular items include pork, lamb, duck & chicken, Shrimp Garlic & a variety of vegetables.
The Red House specializes in locally-sourced, European & Mediterranean inspired cuisine. Our seasonally changing menus features a variety seafood, poultry, and pasta dishes, many of which are prepared with greens and vegetables from our organic farm in Winchendon, MA. In crafting the restaurant's menu, owner Paul Overgaag and executive chef Marc Plourde have chosen to bring fresh organic foods and locally produced ingredients to center stage.
