Welcome to Celtica You know you're doing something right when you walk into a bar for the second time, and the bartender looks at you and your friends and says "Oh s$*!, they're back." Me and a small group of dedicated [pub] enthusiasts managed to close Celtica two days in a row... [Celtica offers] a decent selection of tap beer and a fine selection of liquor (allowing for the fact that this isn't one of those pretty-boy bars)... The pool table in the back rolls mostly straight, and the small sitting area in the front (complete with leather loungers and a giant flatscreen) is great if you're (1) watching a game, and (2) one of the first 10 people to arrive to watch said game. Otherwise, the elevated bench seating along one side of the bar is a great and comfortable spot to kill the pain and silence the voices. I'd go back. ~Yelp Reveiw

On a trip to Mexico he developed a love of authentic Mexican cuisine, and realized there wasn’t much of it at all in Rhode Island. Harnessing Dan’s and Andi’s talents, Russ found the Perro Salado concept a home and helped it bloom.
